Kathryn is a
degreed Chemist, health advocate, licensed Environmental Health Scientist, former
Restaurant Inspector, and avid researcher.
Vision
It is my
intent to not only continue with the tradition and product offerings that Ruby
Juice Fruit & Smoothies has used to build a successful business and loyal
following, but to also expand the product offering to include low carb –
healthy blood sugar alternatives.
I have spent
the past several years researching, developing, and perfecting an expansive
alternative to almost every meal that you can think of (unfortunately, not
pasta ☹) and
now want to share my findings with you.
I can’t think of a better place to begin this journey than with Ruby
